Pedro's Grill is looking for 2 permanent, full-time Line Cooks who could join with us immediately. The details are given below.

Work Location: 342 City Centre, Kitimat, BC V8C 1T6
Position: Line Cook
Position Available: 2
Compensation: $16 per hour
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
 
Job duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
  • Oversee kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • May clean kitchen and work area
  • May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
  • May hire and train kitchen staff  in preparation, cooking and handling of food

Skills and Education: 

  • 1 – 2 years of related experience
  • Completion of Secondary School
