Company Description:

Pho Vietnam Soup and Sub is a Vietnamese restaurant located at 415 Hespeler Rd, Unit 4, Cambridge, ON N1R 6J1, Canada and is the only “Pho” dedicated spot in the city. Different than most Vietnamese restaurants, our restaurant has a smaller yet high-quality Vietnamese Pho, banh mi subs and street foods, especially for our delicious Pho in a hot stone bowl topped with either prime rib, tendon, brisket, beef balls, smoked briskets, and more.

We are looking for active and dedicated new members to join our team in our long future journey where we plan to expand our menu and services.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as ordered by customers in person or online;
• Prepare special orders for customers with food allergies or intolerances;
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
• Supervise and assist kitchen staff and helpers;
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of high school is required.
• On-the-job training is provided; however, related experience is an asset. 
• Food safety certification is an asset.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
