Job Duties:
- Assist client with daily living such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes, sweep and mop floors, cleaning, make beds, garbage removal, and laundry
- Shop for food and household supplies
- Prepare and serve a meal to the client
- Administer medications to the client
- Follow prescribed Individual Care Plan
- Provide a safe and supportive environment
- Keep records of daily activities and health information
Requirements:
- Completion of a training program in home support or a related field will be an asset.
- One-year experience is required in the related field.
