Live-in Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-In Housekeeper to join our household. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment for our family. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage household tasks efficiently. The Live-In Housekeeper will be an integral part of our home, contributing to the overall well-being and harmony of the household.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Organization:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Maintain cleanliness in all living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
• Organize and tidy up various areas, ensuring a neat and orderly environment.

Laundry and Linen Care:

• Manage the household laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes.
• Change bed linens regularly and ensure the overall cleanliness of bedding and towels.

Meal Assistance:

• Support meal preparation by assisting with basic food prep, setting the table, and cleaning up after meals.

Errands and Shopping:

• Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other household-related tasks as needed.

Maintaining Household Supplies:

• Monitor and manage household supplies, making a list for replenishment as needed.
• Keep an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and other household necessities.

Security and Maintenance:

• Ensure the security of the residence when the family is away.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed promptly.

Communication:

• Maintain open and clear communication with the family regarding any specific preferences or changes in household routines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a live-in housekeeper or similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and respect for privacy.
• Physical stamina to perform various housekeeping tasks.
