Description

HVAC Sales Limited is looking for a dynamic logistics coordinator to join our team!

The role as a Logistics Coordinator will perform a wide range of duties to assist in optimizing freight and

logistic costs for equipment and parts for the organization, coordinate equipment start-ups between

customers and our service team and perform a range of administrative warranty duties.

Qualifications:

Certificate from college or technical school in HVAC is required
3-5 years of inside sales or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
Proven excellent customer experience skills are required.

Skills and Core Competencies:

Positive demeanor with strong written and verbal communication
High attention to detail regarding data management and analytics
Capable of working on multiple projects independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
Quick to connect, personable, and enjoys communicating with others
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Effective analytical, problem solving, decision making, and time management skills
