Job Description:
Drive commercial truck-trailer units’ for long haul to transport various goods and materials to various destinations across USA/Canada; Responsible for completion of paperwork such as freight bill, load sheet, log books, and Trans-border documentation; Ensure cargo is safely secured; Maintain records for cargo details, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption; Trip planning using GPRS; Conduct Pre-trip and in-route inspection; Receive and relay information to dispatcher; Oversee Loading and unloading of loads, ensure safety of goods; Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes; May drive as part of a two-person team or convoy ;Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
Class-I or Equivalent Driver’s license
