Lotte Giants Market is seeking Full-Time Retail Butchers
Position Info:
- Position: Retail Butcher
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $23.08~$26.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 3
- Work Location: Location: 101-20378 88 Avenue, Langley, BC V1M 2Y4
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Clean meats to prepare for processing and cutting
- Prepare custom and standard cuts of meats by cutting, trimming, boning, and more for sale
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Manage inventory and keep records of sales
- Establish amount and freshness of products in accordance with company and customer requirements
- Adhere to safe work practices and foods safety standards
- Make sure food storage conditions are adequate
Job Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 2~3 years of related experience are required
- Language: English
