Travelodge by Wyndham Brandon is looking for Maintenance Manager to join our team as soon as possible.
Wage: $16- $ 21 hourly ( to be negotiated )

Job Location: 210 18th Street, Brandon, MB
Job Type: Full-time/permanent
Job Description: Plan, organize and direct administrative services, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal; develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs; direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment , electrical and mechanical systems. Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
Job Requirements: 3 years to less than 5 years experience.
Personal Suitability: Effective English communication skills in spoken and written, team player, accurate, judgement, client-focused, reliable, flexible, knowledge in word processing, Electronic mail , Internet and inventory control software.
