Main duties
• Plan, organize, build, integrate, direct, control and oversee the operation of the entire enterprise Management Information System (MIS) .
• Design the overall structure of the company's information system and ensure that it is consistent with the company's business strategy.
• Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure a coordinated data management system.
• Be responsible for the policies and procedures for MIS development, operations and program of the entire information technology department.
• Meet with internal clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
• Control the budget and expenditures of the department and software-hardware projects
• Monitor the performance of the converged systems and ensure that they fully meet the needs of the company, and resolve production problems.
• Develop and implement cross-functional information sharing plan based on company strategy.
• Plan and implement training and development programs related to information technology to ensure that the technical level of the company is updated.
• Recruit and supervise the department's staff and oversee their professional development and training.
• Develop and manage a team of information technology employees.
Employment requirements
• A bachelor's in related computer technology or diploma with above Five years of IT management experience is required.
• Five or above years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field analysis, design and development are required.
• Experience in independent management of enterprises, teams and large-scale information projects is preferred.
• Experience in software system project delivery management is preferred.
