Education: Secondary high school diploma required.
Work Experience: Two years experience manufacturing liquid fertilizer required. Five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing are required.
Job duties:
•Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the manufacturing of liquid fertilizer products.
•Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet production targets.
•Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products
•Create and oversee equipment maintenance schedules.
•Hire, train and supervise employees in the use of equipment or production techniques
