Description
Position: Line Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $16.00 – $19.00/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hour: 30 ~40 hours/week
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Prepares and cook complete meals and foods
- Order kitchen supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all areas of the sushi department, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized
- Give ideas on new menu items, regulate size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and purchase supplies
- Supervise and train kitchen helpers in food preparation
- Oversee kitchen operation
Job requirements:
- 2 ~ 3 years of commercial cooking experience
Educational Requirements:
- Secondary school
