Mink Lash Boutique is looking for full-time/permanent Beauty Shop Manager
Position: Beauty Shop Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hour/week
Wage: $26.50 ~ $30.00 /hour

Job Duties:
- Hire, train and supervise staffs
- Establish company policies and procedures
- Plan efficient marketing strategies to increase sales volume
- Plan, direct, and control daily operations
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Resolve any work-related issues
- Maintain the work place always clean and tidy
- Provide excellent customer service
Job Requirements:
- 2~3 years of experience in the service being offered are required.
