Job Duties:
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Supervise food service staff activities related to food preparation and portion control
- Estimate food supplies and ingredients for meal preparation
- Uphold standards for food quality and service excellence
- Handle customer complaints or concerns
- Provide training sessions for food service staff covering job duties, sanitation, and safety protocols
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
