Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $28.39~$32.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: #FC6 280 Guelph St, Georgetown, ON L7G 4B1

Job Duties:

• Prepare and assemble complete meals or individual servings of different dishes and ingredients
• Keep the kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
• Plan menus, determine the quantity of food required, estimate food requirements and costs, and keep track of supplies to order
• Hire and provide training kitchen staff if necessary
• Keep track of the food inventory and place an order for more if required
• Oversee kitchen operations

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
