Mr. Sushi is seeking F/T Food Services Manager.
Position: Food Services Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $25/hr
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hrs/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Direct and control daily operations of restaurant
- Recruit staff and supervise their activities
- Determine adequate service types and implement operational procedures
- Train staff in health and safety regulations and ensure they are followed at all times
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Establish staff work schedules and train them in their job duties
- Address customers’ complaints, requests, and questions
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Develop, implement and analyze budgets
- Engage in developing promotional, marketing plans and implement them
Experience requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements:
- English
