Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the salon
Establish policies and procedures for staff
Plan and control budget and inventory
Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
Train and supervise staff.
Essential Skills:
Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing
