• 7 months to less than 1 year Experience
• Education: Secondary diploma is required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations and make sure the salon environment meets cleanliness and hygiene standards is clean, comfortable, and well-staffed
• Arrange appointments for clients and create work schedules for staff
• Monitor salon inventory and order new supplies as needed
• Monitor staff’s performance and provide guidance to them
• Design and implement marketing and promotional campaigns
• Hire, train and coach salon staff
• Handle customer complaints and issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform salon services for customers as needed
