MT Nails & Beauty Spa Inc. provides a wide range of manicure, pedicure, waxing, massage, and eyelash beauty services for Midland and surrounding communities. Despite being a new business, we have seen tremendous growth thanks to the love from our customers and in great need of a skilled team member to contribute.

Job Duties:

• Perform manicure/pedicure services to clients incuding clean, shape and polish fingernails and toenails and provide related treatments.
• Perform nail extension, gel & acrylic nail service to clients.
• Foot massage services
• Provide facial waxing, eyelashes extension
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene of work area and all equipment used
• Clean up workstations at the end of each service and also at the end of the day.
• Work with other team members to organize and clean other common areas.
• Participate and be trained on the company’s new product offerings.
• Consistently provide high-standard, professional, and engaging service

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of high school is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in soft wax technique
• Minimum 1 years of experience in performing manicures and pedicures, including applying gel polish (Shellac)
• Minimum 1 years of experience in different nail extension and enhancement techniques including acrylic, bio-gel and dip nails
• Certifications in esthetician, manicures, pedicures, or massage therapy is an asset
• Availability on weekends is an asset. 
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Must follow spa policies and procedures
• Must follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Must be punctual and organized
• Must be a team player but also be able to work independently
• Willing to relocate to work in-person
