Description
Position: Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $14.25 – $18.25 (depending on experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Ideal candidate should prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food.
- Candidate should be able to schedule, training and supervise kitchen helpers.
- Candidate need to be good at multitasking such as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and overseeing kitchen operations.
- As a cook, candidate need to order supplies and equipment.
- Inspect kitchen and food service area.
- Candidates may assist management team in recruitment and hiring of new staff.
- Candidate is required to clean work areas, including kitchen.
Educational Requirements:
- Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
- 2~3 years work experience as a commercial cook is required
Language Requirements:
- English
