We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our office’s daily operations, assisting departments with administrative tasks, and contributing to the smooth running of our services.

 

Job Description:

Position: Office Administrative Assistant

Salary: $25 per hour

Working hours: 30-37.5 hours per week

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Handling client queries and providing general information about our services.
  • Open and distribute incoming mail or letter and coordinate the flow of information internally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting, appointments, and other events.
  • Assist with document preparation and set up, maintain and improve our filling systems.
  • Greeting clients and directing them to appropriate person.
  • Determining and establishing office procedures.
  • Ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Preparing invoices and receipts for clients.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Help organize and maintain office common areas.

 

Job requirements:

  • At least completion of college, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
