Capable Transport Ltd ., located at : 160 Laurent Cove , Winnipeg , MB R3V1S6, is looking for Office Administrator to join its team as soon as possible.

Job Duties
• Co-ordinate and overview administrative procedures of the office
• Review and evaluate new procedures
• Establish work priorities . delegate work to support staff , ensure all procedures are properly followed and staff is meeting the deadline
• Plan and co-ordinate services like accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies ,forms, disposal of assets , parking, maintenance and security services
• Help in preparation of operating budgets , maintain inventory and budgetary controlling
• Make periodic and special reports , manuals and correspondence and assemble data
• Supervise records management technicians and related staff
• Analyse and monitor administrative operations related to budgeting , contracting and project planning and management processes
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• A university degree or college diploma is an asset
• 1 or 2 years of relevant experience is required
