Description
Job duties:- Carry out daily administrative tasks such as booking appointments, Checking update on client's submitted files. Informing clients about deadlines and required documents, Schedule meetings, Follow up with program officers about submitted files, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, Assist in the preparation of budgetary controls, Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
