Description

Surrey Immigration Consultancy is looking forward to hire 1 full-time office Manager with 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity. Language of correspondence and requirement is English. Other job duties and requirements are as below:

  1. Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
  2. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  3. Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
  4. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  5. Perform data entry.
  6. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  7. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  8. Oversee development of communication strategies.
  9. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  10. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  11. Provide customer service and answer electronic enquiries
  12. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  13. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  14. Determine and establish office procedures and routines and schedule and confirm appointments.
  15. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
