We are hiring for Full time Office Manager for KK Management Company Ltd. located at 12 Steinway Blvd Etobicoke, ON M9W 6M5 Canada

 

No. of positions: 01

                     

Duties:

  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures; Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

 

Requirements

 

Education:                  – College/CEGEP

 

Experience & Skills: – 1 year to less than 2 years

 

Language:                 – English

 

Business Equipment and Computer Applications – MS Excel; MS Windows; MS Word; Inventory control software; MS Office; MS Outlook

 

Hourly Rate: $ 25 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

 

Starting Date: As soon as possible

 

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

 

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay
