Wages:                          $27.00 per hour, 30 to 35 hours a week

Beg Brothers Real Estate Inc. is an established real estate brokerage located in Pickering Ontario, with a successful history of serving the local market in the residential & commercial sectors.

We are seeking a self-motivated, Office Manager to oversee and implement administrative procedures, establish work priorities, conduct analyses of administrative operations and coordinate acquisition of administrative services needed to run the Pickering office.

This would be an excellent opportunity for someone to grow within an established and productive environment.  

 

Job Duties:

·       Administer policies and procedures related to the company operations;

·       Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures;

·       Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, security and various services;

·       Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed;

·       Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;

·       Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, project planning and management processes;

·       Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports and correspondence required by company management;

·       Assist in supervising other staff;

Qualifications:

·       A college diploma in business or public administration OR some related experience in a clerical position is required

·       Excellent time management skills;

·       Good social skills;

·       Good listening skills.
