Onikon Creative, located in Surrey is hiring a full-time, permanent Administrative Assistant.
Duties and responsibilities
• In charge of managing schedules and meetings with clients. Establish office procedures and routines.
• Manage incoming mails and e-mails and distribute them accordingly.
• Answer phone calls and e-mails and relay the calls and messages.
• Type and proofread correspondence and other documents.
• Supervise and Assign jobs and duties to office staff as needed; and establish work priorities. Hire and train staffs if needed.
• Arrange travel and make reservations if needed.
• Manage clients’ files in computer database and communicate with the clients if needed.
• Track office supply inventory, approve supply orders and maintain office equipment.
Location: Unit 290-10330, 152 St., Surrey, BC V3R 4G8
Requirement: Secondary school education is required. Completion of a one or two year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or 1-2 years of clerical experience required.
Language: English needed.
Salary: $24.75/hr
Benefits: 4 % vacation pay. Group Health Insurance provided.
