Position Info:
- Position: Tattoo Artist
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 441 Gore Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6A 2Z4
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Consult with and advise clients with respect to size, colour, design and suitable placement of body art
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Custom design, repairs and cover-ups
- Clean and sterilize tattoo equipment and work areas
- Use a demographer to permanently pigment the client’s skin with chemical dyes
- Maintain health and safety procedures
- May apply temporary designs to client’s skin
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 7 months ~ 1 year of experience as a tattoo artist is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
