Wages: $25.00 per hour, 30-44 hours a week

Shifts: Weekdays 40-44 hrs per week.

CSN Alliance Collision is currently looking for a Parts Coordinator to join their team based out of Pickering Ontario. The Parts Coordinator will be mainly responsible for sorting, storing and issuing parts and supplies for use by our establishment and for occasional sale to the public
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage all parts operations: Receive, order, return, record credits, and send PPCs for parts, and scanning invoices
– Receive and sort incoming parts and supplies
– Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in our warehouse/parts area
– Maintain records of orders and the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system
– Process sublet invoices like a parts invoice
– Following up on outstanding parts orders / credits older than 48 hours
– Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
– All parts are mirror matched and checked for damage before beginning repairs
– Ensure technicians have all required parts to complete the repair
– Maintain a clean and organized parts room and area
– Advise technician on availability of supplies or materials requested
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
· Ability to prioritize, organize and plan work
· At least one (1) year experience in the industry would be an asset
· Work independently without close supervision
· Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner;
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
