- Position: Food Service Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $23.00-$26.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 h0urs/week

Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation, portioning, and serving
- Establish efficient work schedules for employees to optimize kitchen and hall operations
- Ensure that food and service quality meet established standards
- Estimate and order necessary cooking and baking ingredients and supplies and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain detailed records of food inventory, costs, sales, waste, and equipment repairs
- Train staff in job duties, company policies, sanitation and safety procedures
- Address and resolve customers’ complaints, concerns, and supervise work-related issue
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
