Tasks: Assist dietitians or nutritionists plan and supervise food service operations, Supervise and direct activities of other medical technologists or technicians, Help with scheduling and workflow, Plan menus and diet for individuals or groups under direction of dietition or nutritionist, Assist in supervising personnel who prepare and serve food, Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams, Repair and maintain fabrication and laboratory equipment
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
