Tasks: Assist dietitians or nutritionists plan and supervise food service operations
Help with scheduling and workflow
Plan menus and diet for individuals or groups under direction of dietition or nutritionist
Organize and maintain inventory
Schedule and confirm appointments
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
