BDS Group of Companies Capital Corporation located at 7337 137 street suite 102 Surrey, British Columbia, V3W 1A4 is looking to hire a Planning and Organizational Development Manager as soon as possible.

Job Duties: –

• Organize, plan, lead, oversee, and assess a department's activities whether it is offering one or more administrative services.

• Staff members who work in buying, human resources, finance, security, records management, or other administrative services should be guided and advised.

• Oversee and manage the organization's corporate governance and regulatory compliance processes.

• Create, manage, and keep an eye on the budgets for supplies, equipment, and contracts.

• Drive the design and delivery of impactful learning initiatives for team members at all levels

• For management committees assessing administrative services, prepare reports and briefs.

• Conduct hiring interviews and supervise employee training.

• Design, implement and manage comprehensive leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals



Job requirements:

• A university degree or college diploma program of 3 months to less than a year is required.

• 1 to less than 2 years of experience is required.
