Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 12-555 Clarke Rd, Coquitlam, BC V3J 3X4

Job Duties:

• Review and manage financial budgets to optimize and sustain restaurant profitability
• Prepare detailed budgets to estimate costs of food, beverages, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
• Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations
• Recruit and set staff work schedules
• Oversee adherence to workplace health and safety regulations
• Coordinate and negotiate supply agreements for food and operational materials
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Engage in the design and delivery of marketing activities

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
