Position: Production Scheduler

Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

Hourly Wage: $23.00~ $25.00 (Depends on experience) 

Vacancy: 1

MAIN DUTIES:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Collaborate with production team leader, procurement, and other stakeholders to prioritize production activities and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing demand or resource constraints.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to schedule equipment maintenance and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Communicate production schedules and priorities to production teams and ensure adherence to established timelines.
• Generate reports and documentation related to production schedules, resource utilization, and performance metrics.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of a post-secondary education program of less than two years in Business or Supply Chain Management or extensive experience as a dispatcher, production clerk or scheduling clerk is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
