Catalx Management Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager – non-technical position!
Job Position: Project Manager – non -technical (Full-time)

Wage: $27.50 to $33.00 / hour
Business/Working Location: #900-777 Hornby St, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1S4
Job Duties:
– Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
– Delegate work to office support staff
– Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
– Carry out administrative activities of establishment
– Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests undergovernment access to information and privacy legislation
– Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies,forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
– Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
– Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
– Perform data entry
– Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
– Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements:
-At least College diploma required
-2+ years of experience in a project management leadership role
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
-Strong analytical skills, with a love for diving into data and deriving insights.
