Job Duties:
- Greet clients coming into salon.
- Direct them to appropriate service provider based on service needed such as manicure, waxing, eyelash extensions.
- Answer general inquires over the phone regarding offered services, prices, and appointment availability.
- Book appointments with clients and maintain proper record of appointments.
- Accept payments by cash, debit, or credit card and issue receipts.
- Calculate billing charges based on services provided.
Skills Requirements
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: No formal experience required. Training will be provided on company policies and procedures.
Language: English
