Main duties

·      Supervise, assign and coordinate rental service staff.

·      Prepare work schedules and assign duties to staff

·      Authorize payments and handle return of rental vehicles

·      Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

·      Maintain specified inventory

·      Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, vehicle inventory and personnel matters.

·      Hire and train new staff and monitor and report on performance.

·      Ensure the visual standards and image of the company are maintained.

·      Perform the same duties as workers supervised

·      Manage escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

·      Other duties as per instruction

Employment requirements

·      Completion of secondary school is required.

·      2+ years of experience working in a supervisory role is required
