Reservation Supervisor

Description

We are looking for well experienced “Reservation Supervisor” for Windermere House located at 2508 Windermere Road Windermere, ON P0B 1P0 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

Coordinate, assign and review the work of hotel clerks and reservation clerks.
Set up schedules and protocols and synchronize tasks with other units or departments.
Address job-related issues and compile and submit reports on progress and other matters.
Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Request necessary provisions and resources.
Guarantee the seamless operation of computer systems, machinery, and equipment and arrange
for maintenance and repairs.
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Prerequisites:

Education: High School or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language: English

Hourly Rate: $ 22.56 to $ 25 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
