Job Description:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of all sub contractors involved in the construction of residential buildings from start to the finish phase; Meet the work schedules to complete the project in a timely fashion; Work with suppliers to get the materials to the site; Make suggestions to improve productivity and safety; Ensure safe working conditions; Prepare schedules and reports ensuring the project is completed on budget; Ensure effective communication with the management. May be asked to supervise the work force including employees, vendors and contractors.
Requirements:
2-3 years of equivalent experience required.
