Salary: $20.75 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week
Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible
Location: Calgary, Alberta (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Languages: English
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Specific Skills: Address customers' complaints or concerns; Recruit, train and supervise staff; Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Provide customer service; Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance; Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Physically demanding; Attention to detail; Standing for extended periods; Tight deadlines; Overtime required
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
