Job Position: Restaurant Manager, Full time, Permanent
Job Location: 102-2201 Holdom Ave Burnaby BC Canada V5B0A2
Salary Rate: $34.65 per hour / 30~40 Hours per week
Duties:
– Manage, organize and control of general restaurant operations both hall, bar and kitchen
– Resolve issues from customer
– Control staff shift, oversee staff training and monitor staff performance
– Manage and focus on the overall customer service
– Determine type of services to be offered
– Check inventory and revenues and modify operation procedures and prices when necessary
– Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety guidelines
– Negotiate with suppliers
– Negotiate arrangements of catering or special orders
Qualifications:
– 3 years of work experience in food service field with some supervisory experience
– Available to work in evening and weekend(s)
– High School graduation or higher
– Able to communicate in English
