We are looking for experienced Restaurant Managers for INK Entertainment Group. Our corporate office is located at 144 Bloor Street West, 7th Floor Toronto, ON M5S 1M4 Canada. You may be required to work at other locations in the region.

Job Duties:

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and oversee staff work schedules.

• Recruit, reward, and terminate staff as needed.

• Communicate changes in food preparation formulas, standards, etc., to staff.

• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed.

• Maintain business records and analyze them to increase sales.

• Support local and national marketing initiatives.

• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales.

• Plan special events and promotions.

• Identify new vendors and suppliers for procurement of raw materials.

• Oversee day-to-day banking needs like paying suppliers and employees, depositing cash to business accounts, etc.

• Address customers' complaints or concerns.

Prerequisites:

Education: Secondary School graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills: 2 years to less than 3 years.

Language: English

Hourly Rate: $ 22.00 to $ 35.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
