Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant to make sure everything goes smoothly, and customers are satisfied.
- Make sure proper procedures are followed for food preparation, service, cleanliness, and customer care.
- Help hire new team members and provide training to ensure they understand their job duties and work safely and efficiently.
- Create work schedules for staff and make sure there are enough team members working during busy times.
- Keep track of stock like food, drinks, and packaging. Order supplies as needed so the restaurant never runs out.
- Speak with customers if they have complaints or special requests, and work to solve problems quickly.
- Check daily sales, control expenses, and look for ways to improve profits.
- Make sure all staff follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines as per company and local regulations.
- Communicate with suppliers to order food and supplies on time and at the right price.
- Help plan and organize large orders or catering requests for special events when required.
