Wage: $17 – $19 Hourly
Benefits Package (If Applicable): Free meal on shift
Hours (each week): 32 hours per Week
Location of Work:85 University Ave East, Waterloo, Ontario N2J 2W1
Education: No Degree Certificate or Diploma
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in food preparation or 1 year supervisor experience
Job duties:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Prepare food order according to requests from customers correctly as needed
Train and transfer skills to food counter attendants and kitchen helpers
Manage cash outs and balance till as well as set up starting float
Ensure restaurant is clean and tidy at all times during shift
Daily completion of managers log bock for review and HACCP.

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in food preparation or 1 year supervisor experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure
High standard of cleanliness and hygiene
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Able to lead and problem solve
