Description
We are looking for well experienced Retail butcher for Florence Meats located at 2136 Speers Road Oakville, ON L6L 2X8 Canada. However, you will be required to work in various locations within the region.
No. of Positions: 04
JOB DUTIES:
- Slice cooked meats.
- Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.
- Remove bones from meat.
- Prepare special orders.
- Grind meats.
- Cut poultry into parts.
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
- Cut carcasses, sides and quarters.
- Sausage making
- End of day clean up
- Other duties as assigned
Prerequisites:
Education: No formal education required
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 19.85 to $ 22.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
