Description
Ombré Salon & Laser Clinic is currently seeking a Permanent, Full time Retail Sales Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Implement price and credits policies.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- University degree or college diploma will be an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
Salary: $37.15/hour
