Job description:
Next Level Fitness Ltd. located in Surrey is looking for one full time Retail Sales Supervisor to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate staff and cashiers.
- Create work schedules and assign duties to workers.
- Approve payment transactions and return merchandise.
- Resolve customer issues, requests, complaints and meet supply shortages.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store and keep a check on store cleanliness.
- Keep track of counting and ordering inventory.
- Train, hire and arrange for the new staff and monitor their performance.
- Prepare reports of sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Develop and implement new strategies and ideas and sign for deliveries, if required.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 1-2 years of experience is required.
