Retail Sales Supervisor
NAMDAEMOON OPTICAL located in Coquitlam, BC is looking for a skilled full-time Retail Sales Supervisor.
Conditions:
- Position: Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC 62010)
- Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week (Full-Time, Permanent Position)
- Wage: $23.00 – $25.00 / hour (to be determined depend on experience and skills)
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation/year or 4% gross salary
- Number of Positions: 1
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Experience: Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson, sales clerk or cashier
- Language: English

Job Duties:
- Oversees staffs’ activities
- Establish work schedules of sales staffs and opticians
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Assist owner in hiring new staffs
- Train new staffs
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, and signing for deliveries.
