1310479 BC Ltd. Dba Black Bear Mini Mart in Kelowna is looking for Permanent, Full-time positions for 1 Retail Store Supervisor to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.
Location: 521 Bernard Ave, Kelowna, British Columbia, V1Y 6N9
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $23.08 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week.
Terms: Permanent Full-Time
Language of Work: English
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
- Assign sales workers to duties.
- Operate cash registers and authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
- Sell merchandise to customers.
- Replenish sales floor.
- Maintain specified inventory.
- Monitor and prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Maintain store health and safety procedures.
- Keep the store tidy and attractive.
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
Skills and Education:
1-2 years of related experience
Completion of Secondary School
