Retail Store Supervisor
Unsworth Market (2017) Ltd. dba Unsworth Market in Chilliwack, BC is looking for a Full-Time & Permanent Retail Store Supervisor.
Conditions
- Position: Retail Store Supervisor
- Full-Time & Permanent position, 30 hours per week (6 hours/day, 5days/week)
- Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
- Wage: $20.50/hour
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation pay
- Number of Positions: 1

Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Minimum 6 months of previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk or cashier is required
- English is required.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of worker
- Assign cashiers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff
- Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
- Sell merchandise to customers
